Websites are Due on Friday 5/22 (but I won't look at them until 6 AM Sat. morning). Submit all work to TII and email me the link to your website (use form below). I will check that both are "completed" (not just "notes") and demonstrate "adequate progress".
* Focus on the English related "stuff": the lit terms, blog posts (8 of the 11 prompts), & literary criticism. The web-builder buttons are to show proficiency at building a site (that you CAN use them) and don't count as heavily as the content of the site. **NEW INFO: While you MUST send a link to your site and submit to TII by Friday (demonstrate adequate progress) you may continue to improve your site until Friday 5/29/15. I will grade your final effort. *** CLEARANCES: What you turn in on Friday will be graded and entered into the gradebook. Clearances are due to counseling by Tuesday 2/26 and your grade at that time will be used. However, you may also continue to improve your site for a higher grade that may enable you to graduate/get a better grade in the class. **** Pride & Prejudice will be dropped in favor of devoting the remaining class time to web site building. Pyg Sites due Friday 5/22/15 (though I won't look at them until 6 AM Sat. morning. Send the link to your site via the form below. Sites/links from anonymous persons (no name) or strangers (not on my class list) will not be viewed. This site is your "final" and worth 5% of your grade at 200 points. *Remember, all text on your site must also be submitted to the TII document to ensure your work is your own.
Pride & Prejudice (P&P): the write-up will be the activity during our "final exam" period and submitted to TII to ensure your work is your own. This assignment will be worth 100 pts. The assignment must be graded quickly and will be given a read-over and subjective grade with no written feedback. |
